Sales & Promotional Products Program

Challenge:

United Rentals faced a number of hurdles, including the conversion of new accounts into active accounts, as well as increasing annual revenue from the latter without creating more work for the sales team. 

Solution:

Alternative Advertising launched a campaign designed to connect with new accounts upon opening, supplemented by outbound appreciation touches for purchases. Furthermore, Alternative created an online portal which provided the UR sales team a clear window into all our outbound campaign activity.
